Tanks and Healers Empty Tanks and Healers

We have a number of tanks and healers who we can help level so we can start running more than 1 group to Kara.
Those who do have a tank or a healer can they let us know what time your on line and what days please.
Also those who need better gear before they can go to Kara see the post on heroic instances.
